Elon “Ed” Wolff is the Chief Member Officer for National Information Solutions Cooperative (NISC). NISC is a cutting-edge technology cooperative with more than 50 years of experience providing enterprise software solutions to broadband companies, electric cooperatives and other public power entities in all 50 states, American Samoa, Palau and Canada. 

Wolff grew up on a farm outside of Gackle, North Dakota, which was served by Dakota Valley Electric Cooperative. He learned about the growing need for and importance of electrifying rural America from his grandfather.

Wolff graduated from the University of Mary in 1990 with degrees in accounting, business and computer information systems. He worked for MDU until 1993 when he moved to NISC (formerly NCDC). 

Wolff earned a master’s degree in management from the University of Mary and has held various leadership positions over the years with NISC. Today, he leads the Professional Services, Sales and Marketing, Member Success, and Business Services teams.
